Scope
These Terms govern the sale and delivery of windows, doors, and related accessories (“Products”) and optional installation services (“Installation”) provided by PRIMOKNO to consumers and businesses in Poland.

Nature of our service
PRIMOKNO is a family-owned supplier based in Leszno. We do not operate our own production line; we coordinate manufacturing with three trusted partner factories to provide competitive pricing and reliable lead times. Installation is available within ~100 km of Leszno; delivery is available nationwide.

Quotations & orders
• Quotations are free and non-binding unless stated otherwise, and valid for 14 days.
• An order is formed when you accept our quotation in writing (email/e-signature) and pay any required deposit.
• Many Products are made-to-order to your specifications (dimensions, colours, glazing, hardware). Please review quotes carefully before approving.

Prices & payment
• Prices are in PLN and include VAT unless noted. Delivery and Installation fees are shown clearly before purchase.
• We may request a deposit of X% before production; the balance is due before delivery or on installation day, as agreed.
• Accepted payment methods: TRANSFER/CARD/OTHER. Invoices are issued electronically.

Production, delivery & installation
• Lead times: Estimated production and delivery windows are provided in your quote/confirmation.
• Delivery: We aim for slot-accurate delivery windows across Poland and will notify you of any changes.
• Installation: Available within ~100 km of Leszno and scheduled together with delivery. The customer must provide safe access and a prepared site.
• Delays: We will inform you promptly of delays due to factors beyond our control (e.g., supply-chain issues, weather). Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Inspection on delivery
• Please check shipments upon delivery for visible damage or discrepancies and note them on the delivery document (photos recommended).
• Report any issues within 48 hours of delivery so we can assess and remedy.

Right of withdrawal (consumers)
Under Polish/EU consumer law, a 14-day withdrawal right generally applies to distance contracts. However, this right does not apply to custom-made Products manufactured to your specifications (e.g., bespoke sizes, colours, glazing). Standard (non-custom) accessories may be returned within 14 days if unused and resaleable. Contact us before returning any goods.

Warranty & conformity
• Products are covered by statutory conformity rights and any manufacturer warranties specified in your documentation.
• We provide CE and U-value documentation as applicable. Keep all documents/invoices for potential claims.
• If a defect arises, notify us promptly with order details, a description, and photos. We will repair, replace, or otherwise remedy as required by law.

After-sales support & complaints
• Your designated contact will coordinate complaint handling and communication with the factory or installer.
• We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and propose next steps within a reasonable timeframe.

Customer obligations (installation)
• Ensure site readiness (openings prepared, structural issues resolved, utilities available) and safe access for installers.
• Protect adjacent finishes/furnishings; we work cleanly but are not liable for pre-existing conditions.

Liability
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under Polish law.
• We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
• We are not responsible for defects resulting from improper storage, misuse, or third-party modifications.

Data protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including for order handling, delivery, installation, and after-sales support.

Intellectual property
Website content and materials are owned by or licensed to PRIMOKNO and may not be used without permission.

Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Courts of CITY/REGION will have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer venue rights. Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution platforms where available.

Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order. Updates will be published with a new “Last updated” date.
